2019 Drive Gearbox

I designed the gearbox for Team 254’s 2019 Robot. I decided to use two brushless DC motors because of their high strength to size ratio compared to other COTS FRC motors which allowed high acceleration while still being compact. The gearbox uses a pancake piston to shift between a 11.9:1 low gear and a 7.33:1 high gear.
